One year ago today, my silicone baby came home, all the way from the US
not sure if I was his first mummy, but I'm his forever mummy
can't celebrate at present, Aled was damaged by mice while safely (or so I thought) wrapped and in a bassinet in my wardrobe
He'd been there a little while as my in-laws had visited and I had packed away my nursery things....STUPID I know
and we had just finished our last (unsuccessful) attempts at having a baby of our own
anyways, the good news is that Aled is nearly finished being re.....built/finished/vamped?? and will be home in the new year
in the mean time, I have a TON of work to finish (I quilt and embroider by machine) and some exciting new things to show when they arrive.....
will post again when the Nursery corner is decorated for Christmas, and I can add decorations to existing pictures of Aled
